Practice Start: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (3PM). Wed (2PM). All rowers meet to run from the school to the Lyman Boathouse (Lake Kathryn) as a group under supervision of the coach or parent volunteer. The LRA boathouse is located at 150 Marion Lane, Casselberry, FL
Practice End: Rowers should be picked up at Lyman High (carpool) from the boathouse. 6:15 pm Monday thru Friday.

In case of bad weather the coach will meet rowers at Lyman to conduct practice in Weight Room at Lyman. If storm arises during lake practice we will move practice inside the boathouse.
If you are a new rower with interest please contact Jodi Day. Each rower will be required to fill out paperwork (signed). Each rower must have the ability to swim and perform a swim test.
Please be prepared for practices by bringing water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, running shoes, spandex shorts.
Parents are also welcome to make an appointment with the coach to ride in the launch and observe practice.
